Hey
Guys,
I have no idea what to
write this week. Number wise, last week was pretty slow because of halloween
and what not, but a lot of good things happened. We had two investigators bore
their testimony on Sunday, so that was awesome. They want to get baptized, but
their dad won't let them. He really likes us though so we are going to see if
he'll take the lessons. Like I said in the last letter this area really has not
had any baptism for a while, but it has so much potential and I can't wait to
see the work grow here.
Last email I talked
about having a new investigator. We taught him the first lesson this week. He
knows that it's true but drinks and smokes so we have to help him with that
before he can get baptized. The night before Halloween, the ward had the Trunk
r' Treat. One of the members brought her friend there and we talked to her for
a bit. On Sunday, the member friend bore her testimony about having a
missionary experience after we talked to her friend at the trunk r' treat. She said
she asked questions and we now have a lesson with that friend this week. That
was probably pretty confusing but I have faith in your ability to figure it
out.
I’m missing my letter
from Sister Kucera, where is my captain crunch? I gave my address to April. I
would write it here but don't remember it, so just ask her. I'm really hungry
though so I'm out.
Love, Elder Larman
just tracting in the middle of nowhere
p-day fun
