Hi Everyone! This is actually Elder Larman’s last week letter. I did not get a chance to post it last week because of the move, so here it is. This week letter will be posted sometime this week. Thanks for all your support. We are almost settled here in Utah. We love our new Ward, the members are amazingly good, but we missed the Prior Lake Ward. Say hi to everyone.

Imelda

Hey guys,

So it has been pretty hot the past few days. It has been in the 100's. We're exhausted. Still better than cold though. So to be honest not much happened last week. We only worked 2 days last week because we had so many meetings. We are having all these meetings because the mission officially split. I'm in the California San Fernando mission! The smallest mission on earth!

We only found 1 new investigator last week, which is good. We are trying to find a family to teach, and we are, but all of them are single mothers. One of them is getting baptized this Sunday. So Krishawn is getting baptized this Sunday!! Woohoo! It's pretty exciting right now we have been seeing a ton of success. Last week President Hall told us he wants us to get to the point of baptizing weekly. So Elder Choi and I decided why not. So we'll see what happens we have a date set for every week of July. Our zone is doing fantastic. We hit all our goals last month besides sacrament attendance. So we are going to work on that. As a mission we are working on exact obedience and expecting and praying for miracles every day. It has been awesome this past week. You can see the drive in everyone to do their best.

Spiritual message- Personal Conversion.

Alma 5:14 "And now behold, I ask of you, my brethren of the church, have ye been spiritually born of God? Have ye received his image in your countenances? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?" Do you remember the covenants you made at baptism? Do you strive to be obedient? Do people see God when they look at you? Can they see the light of Christ in your eyes? Do you have no more desire to do evil, but to do good continually?
Alma 5:19 "I say unto you, can ye look up to God at that day with a pure heart and clean hands? I say unto you, can you look up, having the image of God engraven upon your countenances?" Can ye look up at God without Guilt?
Alma 5:26 "And now behold, I say unto you, my brethren, if ye have experienced a change of heart, and if ye have felt to sing the song of redeeming love, I would ask, can ye feel so now?" If not, I encourage you to re-commit to be obedient to the commandments of God. Read the scriptures daily, and to pray and fast often. I know that as you do this you will be truly living after the manner of happiness.

Love Elder Larman
